"αtecnología" is the synthesis of Design, Engineering, Process Optimization, Procedures and Automation.
It is in this context that the Design, Development and Industrialization of Homes and Buildings is located, which translate into new architectural concepts for homes as well as the optimization and automation of the processes and phases of construction of homes and buildings.

The Construction sector, like the Energy Production sector, has barely evolved over time.
The construction processes of our residential buildings are optimized through automation procedures similar to those in the vehicle manufacturing industry.
Results
These results are reflected in our Flexible Housing Buildings. They represent a significant solution to demand, scarcity and high land prices, as well as delivery times.
What is a Flexible Housing...?
A house, a floor, generally corresponds to the real distribution shown in the plan shown in the figure
In general, this type of housing is characterized by:
- Rigidity of spaces
- Reduced floor area
- Spaces that are barely used
- High construction time
- High purchase price
- Unaffordable housing for certain segments of the population
The pertinent question is this type of housing is the following:
Why is it necessary to have permanently occupy one or several spaces that are not used and why not use them for other uses when there is a need ...?
- Why pay square meters that are hardly used and that raise the price of housing considerably
- Why not use optimaly all the useful surface to enjoy greater habitability and comfort ...?
Let's suppose that we make the following "transformation" in which the house conserves all its functionality, increasing its habitability and comfort
The advantages show themselves immediately:
One of our flexible homes has much more habitability, is more comfortable and functional, occupies less land, has better quality and lower costs than a conventional one
It represents a significant solution to the significant demand for housing, to the scarcity and high price of land and consequently of housing, as well as delivery time
Building process
Flexible Housing: Completely different concept to classic housing, based on taking advantage of space
Rational use of the soil.
Flexible Housing: Housing that adapts to the needs. It is configured and used according to the use and personal preferences
• Bedrooms, Beds and Rooms when needed
• Optimally usable rooms for various uses
• Living room according to preferences or situations
• Kitchen separated or not from the rest, etc.
All the space is practically available, ready to use it
- With less surface, much more habitability is obtained by arranging the space optimally:
One of our homes of 53 m2. has more habitability than a conventional one of 63 m2.
Section of one of our flexible houses
Fully equipped housing, in which all the surface is available. This housing model is integrated into a building designed for a city in the Community of Madrid
Despite being a house of about 42m2 you can enjoy a large living room of much larger homes. The integration of cabinets distributed harmonically in the periphery is appreciated
There are no bedrooms, rooms or spaces for study, DIY, or desks, tables, TV ... and yet, despite going unnoticed, if not used, everything is integrated into the house
The image below shows a table adjustable to 12 people and a desk on the opposite side
The same set up in another model of flexible housing
Immediate enabling of a full room at the push of a button, without the need to move or change anything
If you need to have a more extensive room for other uses such as doing housework, bricolage, etc. without interfering in the rest of the house, a double space is set apart from the rest
Having a bedroom is only a matter of seconds
... although if one lives alone or in a couple, it may only be necessary to separate spaces ... without more ...
In case of needing more rooms, for example if visitors are received, another room with two bunk beds is in a few seconds fully equipped at disposal.
The flexible and robust partitions (protected by patent) completely separate the spaces.
The acoustic insulation (> 65dB) is superior to that of conventional partitions (45 dB) and therefore preserves the privacy of the rooms.

SECTION OF OTHER OF OUR BUILDINGS WITH FLEXIBLE, FREELY CONFIGURABLE HOUSING
The section of the building shows four identical houses.
The huge difference is that each tenant uses and configures their home in a flexible way, according to their needs or preferences.
Examples of functionality
Wide diaphanous lounge completely available (beds and partitions are imperceptible, although of course they can be enabled at any time)
Room with a bed, with or without partitions, arranged as it was left the last time it was used, without having to change or accommodate anything
Two rooms with their respective beds
Double room separated or not by partitions for diverse uses
Kitchen integrated into the living room or if desired separated by a partition in a matter of seconds
Perspective of the interior of a flexible dwelling of this buildingThe image of the interior of this house shows the available space, the details of the interior, the comfort of the home, the luninosidad offered by the large glazed surfaces
Our model of flexible housing and buildings represents a significant advance in the use and saving of land, costs and delivery time, which translates into a significant reduction in the price of housing by documenting the quality of the building
We are, of course, available for providing details, complementary information or specific projects from both a technical and architectural point of view.

FLEXIBLE WALLS
Flexibility is not only exclusivity of the free configuration of the interiorof a home. It is perfectly compatible with exterior walls.
In fact everything is susceptible to be move ... if naturally the technology that makes it possible is mastered. This is what will characterize the present more current and the nearest future: Homes with more benefits in less land with greater habitability, comfort and quality.
Flexible Walls
A housing even being small does not have to give up a terrace, especially if it is supplied integrated in the structure which means that it is not necessary to build it on site, eliminating thus construction costs and the time that this entails.
The technology allows and greatly facilitates optimizing the space, which means being able to use it consistently according to personal needs and tastes.
We have developed a patented system that, despite its simplicity, combines efficiency, robustness and security, being able to be incorporate (optionally) in our housings, flexible or not.
The image shows the sequence of the automatic movement of the wall or exterior wall of the house to form a terrace or balcon, according to weather conditions and preferences.
Just pressing a button to activate a space for Terrace or balcon
The process is carried out with absolute security and in accordance with current regulations
In a few seconds you have a terrace or balcony ready to use it.
Its use will naturally depend on personal preferences or weather conditions as shown in the image below:
As terrace protected by a cover or even in winter the thermally insulates the outside.
As a balcony adjusting the height of the exterior element acting as a handrail in this case.
