The Construction sector, like the Energy Production sector, has barely evolved over time. 

• In general, it is built following eminently manual process guidelines similar to those of decades ago (with the exception of materials and prefabricated materials, as well as computerized design systems), which does not fully guarantee the quality of what has been built. 

• This reality translates into not satisfying the significant demand for housing that, together with the scarcity and price of land and the high costs inherent in manual processes, make access to housing difficult (especially for those who wish to become emancipated or found a family). ) 

The construction processes of our residential buildings are optimized through automation procedures similar to those in the vehicle manufacturing industry.

                                   What is a Flexible Housing...? 

A house, a floor, generally corresponds to the real distribution shown in the plan shown in the figure

In general, this type of housing is characterized by:

- Rigidity of spaces

- Reduced floor area

- Spaces that are barely used

- High construction time

- High purchase price

- Unaffordable housing for certain segments of the population

 The pertinent question is this type of housing is the following:

   Why is it necessary to have permanently occupy one or several spaces that are not used and why not use them for other uses when there is a need ...?

   -  Why not use optimaly all the useful surface to enjoy greater habitability and comfort ...?

Fully equipped housing, in which all the surface is available. This housing model is integrated into a building designed for a city in the Community of Madrid

   Despite being a house of about 42m2 you can enjoy a large living room of much larger homes. The integration of cabinets distributed harmonically in the periphery is appreciated

   There are no bedrooms, rooms or spaces for study, DIY, or desks, tables, TV ... and yet, despite going unnoticed, if not used, everything is integrated into the house

Immediate enabling of a full room at the push of a button, without the need to move or change anything

If you need to have a more extensive room for other uses such as doing housework, bricolage, etc. without interfering in the rest of the house, a double space is set apart from the rest

Having a bedroom is only a matter of seconds

... although if one lives alone or in a couple, it may only be necessary to separate spaces ... without more ...

In case of needing more rooms, for example if visitors are received, another room with two bunk beds is in a few seconds fully equipped at disposal.

  The flexible and robust partitions (protected by patent) completely separate the spaces.

   The acoustic insulation (> 65dB) is superior to that of conventional partitions (45 dB) and therefore preserves the privacy of the rooms.

The section of the building shows four identical houses.

   The huge difference is that each tenant uses and configures their home in a flexible way, according to their needs or preferences.

   Wide diaphanous lounge completely available (beds and partitions are imperceptible, although of course they can be enabled at any time)

   Room with a bed, with or without partitions, arranged as it was left the last time it was used, without having to change or accommodate anything

   Two rooms with their respective beds

   Double room separated or not by partitions for diverse uses

   Kitchen integrated into the living room or if desired separated by a partition in a matter of seconds

Flexibility is not only exclusivity of the free configuration of the interiorof a home. It is perfectly compatible with exterior walls.

In fact everything is susceptible to be move ... if naturally the technology that makes it possible is mastered. This is what will characterize the present more current and the nearest future: Homes with more benefits in less land with greater habitability, comfort and quality.

Flexible Walls 

A housing even being small does not have to give up a terrace, especially if it is supplied integrated in the structure which means that it is not necessary to build it on site, eliminating thus construction costs and the time that this entails.

The technology allows and greatly facilitates optimizing the space, which means being able to use it consistently according to personal needs and tastes.

We have developed a patented system that, despite its simplicity, combines efficiency, robustness and security, being able to be incorporate (optionally) in our housings, flexible or not.
